Kinamed Systems in California

Kinamed has designed and manufactured implants in Camarillo, California, since 1987. Its SuperCable replaces metal wire with an iso-elastic polymer cable that, by Kinamed's testing, outlasts metal cable in fatigue and leaves no cable-generated metal debris. The same cable closes sternotomies, and the Grip and Plate system carries it into periprosthetic fracture work.

Hold the greater trochanter, the bony point at the top of the femur.
