This policy explains what information osiorthopedics.com (the "Site"), run by Raúl Ruvalcaba, Inc. ("we", "us"), collects and how we use it. We are based in Santa Fe Springs, California.
What we collect
If you use the request form, we receive what you type into it: your name, hospital or surgery center, email address, phone number, the topic you pick, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share.
Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the Site.
The Site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Please do not send patient information
Do not put patient names or other health information in the form or in emails to us. We do not need it to answer product, product or in-service questions. If you send it by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange case coverage or in-services.
- To keep the Site working and secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts the Site and stores form submissions for us.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser contacts Google when the page loads, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Our email provider carries messages you send to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as needed to follow up and keep ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California you may have additional rights under California privacy law, and we will honor valid requests. Email us at the address below.
Children
The Site is for hospital and surgery center professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
